Sales conversation intelligence for HubSpot

Deals are not lost in a dashboard. They are lost in a conversation.

Uniqore analyzes customer emails, messages, notes, and available call recordings from HubSpot, then shows exactly where deals stall and what each rep should do next.

Your first pilot review is free. Nothing to install for your sales reps.

Three answers. Without spending your week listening to calls.

Where conversations break down. Who already handles it well. Whether coaching changed the outcome.

Scores are calculated by code using a fixed rubric, not improvised by AI: the same data must produce the same score. There are no rankings — the list is simply sorted by score. Scores use closed deals only; open deals feed the action plan instead. Fewer than four closed deals means no score, because the sample is too small.

How to use it

Uniqore pulls evidence from customer messages, emails, notes, and call recordings for any period — from today’s pipeline to the full prior year.

Every day

What each rep should do with each deal today

For every rep: who needs a follow-up, where to set the next step, how to handle the objection, and which deal cannot sit untouched.

Example: “Sam: reopen deal 1288, quantify the ROI at the customer’s volume, and offer two specific follow-up times.”

Every month

A focused coaching plan for every rep

See progress, strengths, and repeat mistakes, then give each rep a short improvement plan tied to real deals for the coming month.

Not “get better at objections,” but one specific skill, a proven peer example, and the deals to use when checking progress.

Any time period

An evidence-based answer to a leadership question

Choose a week, quarter, year, or custom dates. Uniqore analyzes the available conversations and shows the conclusion alongside the deals that support it.

“What was the single weakest point in our sales process across every customer conversation last year?”

One analysis. A clear payoff for every role.

Everyone works from the same evidence, but gets the answer they need to do their job.

01

For the business owner

Complete visibility into sales: how well leads are being handled, where deals are falling apart, and what should change now.

02

For the sales leader

Save up to 30 hours a week: stop reading hundreds of message threads and listening to calls just to prepare coaching and pipeline reviews.

03

For the sales rep

Deal-level next actions: what to write, what to say, and which next step to secure to close more business and earn more.

The outcome is not “118 calls analyzed.”

The outcome is a sales meeting where every rep knows which behavior to change today.

1

repeatable breakdown worth fixing first

We do not label every open deal “lost revenue” or promise a miracle recovery. The first analysis should identify one proven team habit that is getting in the way of sales.

01

Show the evidence

Not “our close rate is weak,” but “21 of 40 deals ended without a dated next step” — linked to the exact conversations.

02

Use your own team’s best example

Play the closed-won conversation where a teammate heard the same objection and moved the deal forward.

03

Measure the next period

The next review shows whether the behavior changed — and who still needs coaching.

What you will bring to your next sales meeting.

Not a pile of transcripts or another dashboard. A focused conversation with your team.

01

One team-wide gap

The repeated breakdown to address first: pricing introduced too late, no dated next step, or an objection left unresolved.

02

One or two actions for every rep

Not “sell better,” but a specific skill and the deals where it helped or hurt that rep.

03

Winning language from your own team

Not a generic script: real responses from your closed-won deals that other reps can use tomorrow.

Stalled deals are this week’s recoverable pipeline

The review does not stop at closed deals. It flags stalled opportunities separately, explains what is stuck, and gives the rep a concrete move to restart the conversation.

Every conclusion is traceable and reviewable.

Uniqore does not ask you to trust a black box. It shows the deals and conversations behind every conclusion.

Every conclusion links back to a deal

Open the HubSpot record and go straight to the conversation — without searching through hundreds of calls.

Scores follow a fixed rubric

AI identifies facts in the conversation; code calculates the final score using a fixed methodology.

No label when the sample is too small

If a rep has fewer than four closed deals, Uniqore does not score them. The report clearly says the data is insufficient.

Coverage is explicit

The report shows which calls, messages, notes, and recordings were included or excluded.

We run the first analysis with you.

During the pilot, our team helps connect the right HubSpot data and get you to the first useful result.

1

Tell us how your HubSpot sales process works

Tell us about your team, pipeline, and where calls and customer conversations are stored. We will confirm what can be analyzed before you connect anything.

2

Connect HubSpot with read-only access

We will help you create the right scoped connection. Uniqore does not edit HubSpot, and you can revoke access at any time.

3

Walk into your next sales meeting with a plan

You get in-app findings, links to the supporting deals, and a team-ready export. Your first pilot analysis is free.

Built for responsible access:

🔒

Read-only HubSpot access

Uniqore does not request write permissions. Revoke the connection in HubSpot at any time and access ends.

🕶

Personal data is removed before AI processing

The model sees “Rep #1,” not employee names. Names, phone numbers, and addresses are replaced with labels before processing; real identities remain in the app.

Separate approval for text and audio

Written conversations and call recordings are analyzed only after separate approval. Without audio approval, calls remain metadata only: count, time, and duration.

Frequently asked questions.

What if we have very few call recordings?
Uniqore tells you before the run and works with what is available: HubSpot emails, notes, messages, and approved recordings. Short unanswered calls are excluded automatically, and the final review shows exactly what was included.
How is this different from call intelligence in a phone system?
Phone systems usually focus on calls. Uniqore reviews the deal as a whole — approved recordings, emails, messages, and notes — compares closed-won and closed-lost patterns, and turns the evidence into coaching and deal actions instead of a transcript dump.
Do sales reps need to install anything?
No. Uniqore runs as a desktop app for the owner or sales leader. Reps keep working in HubSpot; you share the review in a sales meeting or send the action plan directly.
How much does it cost?
Your first pilot analysis is free. After that, plans range from $20 to $200 per user per month as you add usage and capabilities. We confirm your team’s price before any paid activation.
Does this work with HubSpot?
The US pilot is built around HubSpot. We first confirm where your emails, notes, messages, and call recordings live, then connect only the data needed for the review.

We will return the conversation worth playing in your next sales meeting, a winning response from your own team, and one or two concrete actions for each rep.
