Sales Conversation Intelligence for HubSpot

Deals aren’t lost in a dashboard. They’re lost in conversations.

Uniqore analyzes customer emails, messages, notes, and available call recordings in HubSpot, then shows you exactly where deals stall and what each rep should do next.

Your first review is free. Your reps don’t need to install anything.

Three answers, without spending your week listening to calls.

Where conversations break down. Who’s already getting it right. Whether coaching actually made a difference.

Inside the product

This is a real, finished review in Uniqore.

It’s the actual app running on demo data, not a mockup. You can see which HubSpot conversations and call recordings were analyzed and which deals back up every conclusion.

Scores are calculated by code against a fixed rubric, not made up by AI, so the same data always produces the same score. This isn’t a ranking: the list is simply sorted by score. Scores are based on closed deals only, and open deals feed into the action plan instead. Reps with fewer than four closed deals don’t get a score because the sample is too small.

Answer price objections with business value
Deal 1288 ended at the price objection. Maya heard the same objection in deal 1201 and closed the deal anyway.
What already works on your team: “Let’s run the numbers at your volume. If the ROI isn’t there, we’ll know.”

How teams use it

Uniqore pulls evidence from customer messages, emails, notes, and call recordings for any time period, from today’s pipeline to all of last year.

Every day

What each rep should do with each deal today

For every rep: who needs a follow-up, where to set the next step, how to handle an objection, and which deals can’t wait.

Example: “Sam: reopen deal 1288, quantify the ROI at the customer’s volume, and offer two specific follow-up times.”

Every month

A focused coaching plan for every rep

See each rep’s progress, strengths, and repeat mistakes, then give them a short plan for next month, tied to real deals.

Not “get better at objections,” but one specific skill, an example from a teammate who does it well, and the deals to check progress against.

Any time period

Evidence-backed answers to big-picture questions

Pick a week, a quarter, a year, or custom dates. Uniqore analyzes the conversations and shows its conclusion alongside the deals behind it.

“Across every customer conversation last year, where was our sales process weakest?”

One analysis, a clear win for every role.

Everyone works from the same evidence and gets exactly what they need to do their job.

01

For the business owner

Full visibility into sales: how well leads are handled, where deals fall apart, and what needs to change now.

02

For the sales leader

Up to 30 hours a week back: no more reading hundreds of threads and listening to calls just to prep for coaching and pipeline reviews.

03

For the sales rep

Clear next steps for every deal: what to write, what to say, and which next step to lock in to close more deals and earn more.

The outcome isn’t “118 calls analyzed.”

The outcome is a sales meeting where every rep knows which behavior to change today.

1

repeatable breakdown worth fixing first

We don’t label every open deal “lost revenue” or promise a miracle recovery. The first analysis should find one proven team habit that’s getting in the way of sales.

01

Show the evidence

Not “our close rate is weak,” but “21 of 40 deals ended without a dated next step” — linked to the exact conversations.

02

Use your own team’s best example

Play the closed-won conversation where a teammate heard the same objection and moved the deal forward.

03

Measure the next period

The next review shows whether the behavior changed — and who still needs coaching.

What you’ll bring to your next sales meeting

Not a pile of transcripts or another dashboard. A focused conversation with your team.

01

One team-wide gap

The repeated breakdown to address first: pricing introduced too late, no dated next step, or an objection left unresolved.

02

One or two actions for every rep

Not “sell better,” but a specific skill and the deals where it helped or hurt that rep.

03

Winning language from your own team

Not a generic script: real responses from your closed-won deals that other reps can use tomorrow.

⏳

Stalled deals are this week’s recoverable pipeline

The review doesn’t stop at closed deals. It flags stalled deals separately, explains what’s stuck, and gives the rep a concrete way to restart the conversation.

You can check every conclusion.

Uniqore doesn’t ask you to trust a black box. It shows you the deals and conversations behind every conclusion.

✓

Every conclusion links back to a deal

Open the HubSpot record and jump straight to the conversation, no digging through hundreds of calls.

✓

Scores follow a fixed rubric

AI picks out the facts from each conversation, and code calculates the final score with a fixed method.

✓

No score when there’s too little data

If a rep has fewer than four closed deals, Uniqore doesn’t score them, and the report says so.

✓

You see exactly what was reviewed

The report lists which calls, messages, notes, and recordings were included and which were left out.

We’ll run your first analysis with you.

During the pilot, our team helps you connect the right HubSpot data and get to your first useful result.

1

Tell us how you sell in HubSpot

Walk us through your team, your pipeline, and where your calls and customer conversations live. We’ll confirm what we can analyze before you connect anything.

2

Connect HubSpot with read-only access

We’ll help you set up a connection with just the permissions it needs. Uniqore never edits anything in HubSpot, and you can revoke access anytime.

3

Walk into your next sales meeting with a plan

You get findings in the app, links to the deals behind them, and an export ready to share with your team. Your first pilot analysis is free.

Built to keep your data safe

🔒

Read-only HubSpot access

Uniqore never asks for permission to make changes. Revoke the connection in HubSpot anytime, and access ends.

🕶

Personal data is removed before AI processing

The AI sees “Rep #1,” not your employees’ names. Names, phone numbers, and addresses are replaced with labels first, and real identities stay in the app.

✋

Separate approval for text and audio

Written conversations and call recordings each need your separate approval before they’re analyzed. Without audio approval, Uniqore only sees how many calls there were, when they happened, and how long they lasted.

Frequently asked questions

What if we don’t have many call recordings?
Uniqore tells you up front and works with what you have: HubSpot emails, notes, messages, and approved recordings. Short unanswered calls are left out automatically, and the review shows exactly what was included.
How is this different from the call analytics in our phone system?
Phone systems usually look only at calls. Uniqore reviews the whole deal: approved recordings, emails, messages, and notes. It compares what happens in won and lost deals and turns the evidence into coaching and next steps instead of a pile of transcripts.
Do my reps need to install anything?
No. Uniqore is a desktop app for the owner or sales leader. Reps keep working in HubSpot, and you share the review at your sales meeting or send each rep their action plan.
How much does it cost?
Your first pilot analysis is free. After that, Growth is $100 and Scale is $200 per user per month, depending on how much you use and which features you need. We’ll confirm your team’s price before you pay anything.
Does this work with HubSpot?
Yes. Our pilot program is built around HubSpot. First, we confirm where your emails, notes, messages, and call recordings live, then connect only the data the review needs.
Your first pilot analysis is free

Give us 20 closed deals.

We’ll send back the one conversation worth playing at your next sales meeting, a winning response from your own team, and one or two concrete actions for each rep.

Your email app will open with a message ready to send. We’ll personally walk you through connecting HubSpot and running your first analysis.
